Common Questions

Admission FAQs

Everything families usually ask before applying. For anything else, we are a message away.

What is the admission procedure?

Admission follows a simple six-step journey: enquiry, campus visit, application, interaction, documentation and confirmation. Begin with the enquiry form below, a call to +91 79959 99805, or a WhatsApp message.

What is the age criterion for Nursery?

For the 2026–27 session, a child should be at least three years old on or before 31 March 2026 for Nursery. Pre-Nursery begins at two and a half years; KG at four years.

Does the school provide transport?

Yes. Thirty-four GPS-tracked buses cover more than 60 routes across Gachibowli, Kondapur, HITEC City, Madhapur, Manikonda, Kukatpally and nearby areas — each with an attendant, first-aid kit and CCTV.

What documents are required?

Birth certificate, transfer certificate (Grades II+), report cards of the last two years, Aadhaar of student and parent, address proof, four photographs and a caste certificate where applicable.

Do you offer scholarships or concessions?

Merit scholarships are awarded to senior students on board results, a 10% sibling concession applies to the second child onward, and need-based concessions are considered through the Sri Vidya Education Trust.

Can we visit the campus before applying?

We encourage it. Campus tours run Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please call or WhatsApp to schedule your visit — the Principal meets families by appointment.

Is there an entrance test?

There is no formal test. A relaxed interaction helps us understand each child's readiness and personality, and a basic readiness check applies from Grades VI–IX.
